The LA Forum reopened in 2014 and to make noise, we created the world's largest – spinning – vinyl record. A recreation of the Eagle's famous Hotel California, this stunt got exponential buzz in promoting the Eagles reunion concert to kickoff a new era for the Forum. It took 250,000 square feet of vinyl (4.5 football fields), 50,000 pounds of materials, 15,000 LEDs for lighting, 20,000 man hours to design and build, was 407 feet in diameter, spun at 17 miles per hour and could be seen by incoming flights headed to LAX day and night. This stunt received unprecedented media coverage, garnering attention from Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, USA Today, The Hollywood Reporter, and People among many more.
